LeadBuddhi is an AI-powered lead management platform designed to help businesses capture, nurture, and convert leads. The Service includes:

  • Multi-channel communication (Email, SMS, WhatsApp)
  • Pipeline and workflow management
  • Analytics and reporting
  • Automation workflows

3. User Accounts

To use our Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly update any changes to your information
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

  • Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL LEADBUDDHI, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE
  • ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE
  • ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE
  • UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. LEADBUDDHI MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LeadBuddhi and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Severability

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and LeadBuddhi regarding the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings.
